END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR STOCK NEUROMASTER

READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE EMBODIED IN THE DISC OR CD-ROM DISTRIBUTED WITH THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT OR, IF DOWNLOADED OR IF PROVIDED AS PART OF A COLLECTION, THE DOWNLOADED OR COLLECTED FILE(S).

1. All copyrights to STOCK NEUROMASTER are exclusively owned

by StockNeuroMaster.com.

2. Stock NeuroMaster Co., Ltd. grants you a

READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE EMBODIED IN THE DISC OR CD-ROM DISTRIBUTED WITH THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT OR, IF DOWNLOADED OR IF PROVIDED AS PART OF A COLLECTION, THE DOWNLOADED OR COLLECTED FILE(S).

1. All copyrights to STOCK NEUROMASTER are exclusively owned

by StockNeuroMaster.com.

2. Stock NeuroMaster Co., Ltd. grants you a

non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the

Software in a single location on a hard disk or other storage

device, to install and use the Software on single PC.

This Agreement and your rights hereunder shall automatically

terminate if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

Upon such termination, you shall cease all use of the Software.

Further you shall delete the Software and destroy any archival copies

of the Software and other materials related to the Software in your

possession or under your control, or, if downloaded or if provided

as part of a collection, you shall cease use of and destroy any and all

copies of the Software in your possession or under your control.

3. There are five types of licenses:

A. Limited Demo License.

Limited Demo License of STOCK NEUROMASTER may be used by a single

person who uses the software personally on one computer within

7 days period. You can upgrade this version to fully functional

14-day Trial version for free.

B. 14-day Trial License.

14-day Trial License of STOCK NEUROMASTER may be used by a single

person who uses the software personally on one computer within

14 days period. No version free updates available for this type

of license.

C. Subscription License.

Subscription License of STOCK NEUROMASTER may be used by a single

person who uses the software personally on one computer within

subscription period. No version free updates available for this type

of license.

D. Single User License.

Single User License of STOCK NEUROMASTER may be used by a single

person who uses the software personally on one computer. 1 year

free updates available for this type of license.

E. Multiple User License.

Same as Single User License, but you own a fixed number of STOCK

NEUROMASTER copies. This type of license allows you to

save your money by receiving a discounts which depend on quantity

of copies you are going to buy. 1 year free updates available for

this type of license.

4. STOCK NEUROMASTER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY

KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS

OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING

THIS SOFTWARE.

5. Investing involves risk. You can lose money. STOCK NEUROMASTER

is only designed to provide additional information to help you

make an informed decision. You are solely responsible for any

decision you make. We make no guarantee either expressed or

implied regarding ultimate profits from using STOCK NEUROMASTER.

6. Installing and using STOCK NEUROMASTER signifies acceptance of

these terms and conditions of the license.

7. If you don't agree with terms of the license you must remove

STOCK NEUROMASTER files from your storage devices and cease to

use the product.
